I have been at this surgery under the care of Dr Floyd, since 2001. I have seen a couple of the other Dr's during my time at the surgery, and they are all professional, and listen to what you are saying, and care about their patients. I would recommend Dr Floyd as I have always had good care and treatment from her. I see the nurses fairly regularly and they are very good at their job, whether it be for injections, dressings to the annual checks that are carried out. I have always found the reception staff to be polite and helpful, whether in person or on the phone. The only problem I have ever had, was when Dr Floyd asked me to call her as she wanted me to tell her how something was going, I can't remember what. She told me to call and ask to speak to her, so I called and said could I speak to Dr Floyd, no sorry you can't speak to her, I will take a message, I informed her that the Dr has asked me to ask for her, oh no we don't do that, we take a message and write it on the computer.. I gave up, I left a message, but I don't know if the Dr got it, as I had to see her after a week, and she asked how I got on, which was why she asked me to call her. Apart from that hiccup, I am very pleased with the surgery.

My family & I have used this surgery since it opened and prior to that we had been patients at their previous location since 1972. I have had no serious complaints, apart from some surly receptionists who seem to think they know better than the doctors as to whether an appointment is needed. Thankfully the current reception staff are a great improvement on some previous staff and I rarely have a problem getting an appointment with my GP. Even if I have to see another doctor in the practice I have found them to be helpful and attentive and they explain any treatment in layman's terms to make sure I understand.

Three generations of my family are with Dr Deveson and we are all very pleased with him. He is good at explaining why and how treatment will benefit. The nurses are also very helpful and friendly. The check-in monitor in reception makes checking in quick and easy and has worked most times!

In my experience the nicest reception staff I have ever come across- even being friendly when I was a tad late due to train delays! Dr McKee is excellent. Very friendly and comforting and very helpful.
